At Spanish Town SDA Skills Training Center, we strive to provide high-quality educational programs and a seamless registration experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any course.


1. Course Fees & Payments

  • All course fees must be paid in full or according to the payment plan outlined during registration.

  • Fees cover tuition, materials, and access to course content (unless otherwise stated).

  • Payments are accepted online via our official website or as instructed by the Center.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  1. Course Cancellation by the Center

    • If a course is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a full refund of the tuition paid.

  2. Withdrawal by Student

    • Students who wish to withdraw may request a refund prior to the start date of the course.

    • Refunds will be prorated based on the time of withdrawal according to the following schedule:

      • More than 14 days before course start: 90% refund

      • 7–14 days before course start: 50% refund

      • Less than 7 days before course start: No refund


3. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Registration fees, application fees, or deposits are non-refundable.

  • Fees for optional materials, merchandise, or external resources are non-refundable.


4. How to Request a Refund

  • Submit a refund request via email to [Insert official email] with your full name, course name, and registration details.

  • Refund requests must include proof of payment (receipt, transaction ID, or confirmation email).

  • Requests will be processed within 10–15 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used.


5. Course Changes & Transfers

  • Students may request to transfer to a different course before the start date.

  • Course transfers are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee.


6. Special Circumstances

  • In cases of illness, emergencies, or force majeure events, the Center may offer partial refunds or credit toward future courses.

  • Documentation may be required to process such requests.
