Welcome to the Spanish Town SDA Skills Training Center. By accessing or registering through our website and participating in our training programs, you agree to the following Terms of Service and Guidelines. Please read carefully before proceeding with registration.


1. General Information

  • The Spanish Town SDA Skills Training Center is a community-based vacation program focused on providing practical skills for personal development, career advancement, and lifelong learning.

  • Programs are open to youth and adults who meet the requirements outlined for each course.

  • All students are expected to uphold the values of respect, integrity, and responsibility in keeping with the SDA faith-based principles of the institution.


2. Eligibility & Registration

  • Registration is completed online through our official website.

  • Students must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

  • Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis. Some courses may have limited space.

  • The Center reserves the right to reject or withdraw admission if false information is provided.


3. Course Participation

  • Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions, whether in-person or online, as outlined in the course schedule.

  • Punctuality and active participation are required.

  • Assignments and practical exercises must be completed to receive certification (if applicable).

  • Respectful interaction with instructors, staff, and fellow students is mandatory.


4. Fees & Payments

  • Program fees, if applicable, must be paid in full prior to the start of classes unless a payment plan is arranged.

  • Fees are non-refundable after classes begin, except under special circumstances determined by the administration.

  • The Center does not cover personal expenses such as transportation, meals, or materials unless explicitly stated.


5. Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain proper behavior on campus and in online platforms.

  • The following are strictly prohibited:

    • Disruptive or disrespectful behavior.

    • Use of foul language or harassment of any kind.

    • Substance abuse or possession of prohibited items.

  • Violations may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the program.


6. Online Learning & Technology Use

  • Students are responsible for having access to a suitable device and internet connection for online classes.

  • Sharing login details or course materials with unregistered individuals is not permitted.

  • Recorded sessions and course materials remain the property of the Center and may not be redistributed without permission.


7. Certification

  • Certificates of completion will be awarded to students who successfully finish a course, meet attendance requirements, and complete all assignments.

  • The Center reserves the right to withhold certification if requirements are not met.


8. Health & Safety

  • On-campus students must comply with all health and safety regulations set by the Center.

  • In emergencies, students must follow the instructions of staff and designated personnel.


9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal information collected during registration will be used only for administrative and educational purposes.

  • We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.


10. Amendments to Terms

  • The Center reserves the right to update these Terms & Guidelines at any time.

  • Students will be notified of significant changes through the website or email.
